Cajun Encounters Swamp Tour exceeded my expectations. I had an amazing tour with Captain Steve this morning (21 Dec). In fact the whole experience was easy and seamless - the transport works like clockwork and our driver Ashelle (I am not great at remembering names) made us feel very welcome. Once at the swamp, the whole team did a great job, friendly and helpful and just a well organised setup! And then the star of the show, Honey Island Swamp and its amazing wildlife! Highly recommend this tour, take a break from New Orleans and all the city has to offer and come to this magical place!
Derek and Wade G were fantastic!! The bus ride was just as informative and interesting as the swamp tour!!! Went on a warm day in January and got to see gators, birds, turtles, and snakes… oh and don’t forget the racoons! So cute!! Also got to see gators on the drive to the bayou!! Lovely gift shop with cold drinks and snacks for purchase. Bathrooms were clean and they had enough for the bus load of folks without much of a wait! Would definitely come back again with friends!
