Step into the shadows and immerse yourself in “The Tales of the Macabre,” an hour-long anthology of dark legends and haunting folklore inspired by the mysteries of New Orleans and the surrounding bayou. Part cocktail event, part theatrical production, and part haunted mansion, this exclusive event weaves together storytelling and mixology to bring four chilling tales to life.
As you explore the haunted mansion, you will come across a series of 4 tableaus where our Tale Tellers will recount and reimagine these eerie tales as our macabre mixologist crafts a 3-part cocktail experience that embodies the essence of each legend.
Afterwards stay and enjoy The EEIRE Adventurer's Club, our haunted 1930's English Explorer's Club and Cabaret, home to The Eerie Adventurer's Society. It's a social club for supernatural creatures, eccentric explorers and mad scientists. Within this ancient parlor of horror, science fiction and adventure, our guests are entertained among the unusual and the bizarre! The Cabaret Show typically starts around 7:30pm and offers access to those who want to experience the cabaret without having to do the Tales of the Macabre but still want to check out the Mortuary. Typically, no cover is required but is limited by availability. And we insist on wearing smart casual attire.
